Before dispatch, every product is carefully inspected, verified, and securely packed to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition.

 

PRESERVING COLLECTOR VALUE

We specialize in factory-sealed  diecast collectibles from renowned brands such as Hot Wheels, MINI GT, Pop Race, Tarmac Works, Inno64, Kaido House, Tomica, and many more.

For collectors, the original factory seal and packaging are an important part of the product's value. Once a factory-sealed collectible has been opened, the seal broken, the blister packaging opened, or the packaging tampered with, it is no longer considered a collector-grade item and cannot be resold in its original condition.

For this reason, factory-sealed collectible products are not eligible for return, refund, replacement, or exchange.

QUALITY CHECK BEFORE DISPATCH

Other than our factory-sealed collectible products, every order is personally checked, verified, and securely packed before it leaves our facility. We take great care to ensure that the correct product is shipped in the best possible condition.

Because of this thorough inspection and quality verification process, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, replacements, or exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered.

We kindly encourage you to review the product description, photographs, specifications, and quantity carefully before placing your order. If you need additional information, photographs, or have any questions about a product, our team will be delighted to assist you before your purchase. We believe that an informed purchase leads to a better collecting experience.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We understand that plans can sometimes change.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Orders may be cancelled only before they have been packed and shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to process cancellation requests.

SHIPPING,TRANSIT AND UNBOXING RECOMMENDATION

Every order is carefully inspected, verified, securely packed, and handed over to our trusted courier partners for delivery.

Once a shipment has been dispatched, the transportation and handling of the package are managed entirely by the courier service. While we take every possible measure to ensure your order leaves our facility in excellent condition, Velorium Models is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

Accordingly, Lost in Transit (LIT) and Damaged in Transit (DIT) are not covered under our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. As such, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, replacements, or exchanges for packages that are lost or damaged while in transit.

To help maintain transparency, we strongly recommend recording a continuous, uninterrupted unboxing video from the moment you receive your parcel until the product has been completely removed from its packaging. This video serves as valuable documentation of the package and product condition at the time of delivery.

The video should clearly show:

  • The unopened shipping package from all sides (360° view).
  • The shipping label.
  • The complete unboxing process without any cuts, pauses, or edits.
  • The condition of the product immediately after opening.

Keeping this video helps establish the condition of the parcel upon delivery and may assist us in reviewing any concerns you raise regarding your order.
