PRODUCTS & AUTHENTICITY
Are your diecast models 100% genuine?
Yes. Every model sold by Velorium Models is 100% genuine and sourced from trusted distributors and suppliers.
What scales do you sell?
We primarily offer 1:64 scale diecast models, with selected 1:43 and 1:18 models available occasionally.
Do the models come in original packaging?
Yes. All models are shipped in their original manufacturer packaging unless stated otherwise.
Are these models suitable for children?
Most models are intended for collectors aged 14 years and above.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days across India.
How are the models packed?
Every order is securely packed using protective materials to help ensure it arrives safely.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India.
PRE-ORDERS
How do pre-orders work?
Reserve your model in advance. Once stock arrives, we'll notify you and dispatch your order after payment is completed (if applicable).
Can I cancel a pre-order?
No. Once confirmed with the manufacturer, pre-orders cannot be cancelled and booking amounts are non-refundable.
When will my pre-order arrive?
Estimated arrival dates are shown on each product page. Please note that these are subject to manufacturer schedules.
ORDERS & RETURNS
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only before it has been packed and shipped.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
No. All orders are carefully inspected before dispatch. Once shipped or delivered, returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are not accepted. Please refer to our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
Should I record an unboxing video?
Yes. We strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video for your records and to help us review any concerns regarding your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via Email and/or WhatsApp.
PAYMENTS
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and other secure payment options available at checkout.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
If available for your location, the COD option will be displayed during checkout.
